I'm Samantha, call me Sam - wife, dog mom and licensed nail tech. I love all things nails! GoodNails is independently operated, so only one appointment can be accommodated at a time. My promise to you is that I am committed to making sure you never leave my space with thee dreaded ~ nail regret ~, I'm very detail-oriented. I welcome questions and constructive criticism. Please, never be afraid to speak up while being serviced by me! Hand-painted nail art is my passion, and I love glitter! CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations or requests to reschedule that occur within a 24 hour period prior to your scheduled appointment, will result in a cancellation fee totaling 35% of the scheduled services. As an independent nail artist/small business owner that is by appointment only, it’s nearly impossible to fill slots last minute - as I don’t accept walk-ins and heavily rely on my scheduled clients. Disclaimer: If I can get you rescheduled within 2 days of your cancelled appointment, I will waive the cancellation fee but will require a 35% deposit that WILL be applied to your service total. I *cannot guarantee* a reschedule within 2 days of your cancellation, but will always try my best to accommodate your schedules. Late Policy: I provide a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment or modify the appointment. A cancellation fee will be charged if the appointment must be cancelled. You will not be able to rebook until fee is paid. If I’m able to still accommodate you if you’re beyond 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your appointment total. No-Call No-Show Policy: You will immediately be charged 100% of the scheduled service total if you no-call no-show. ALL future appointments will require a 50% deposit to be received prior to accepting the appointment request.
