I'm Samantha, call me Sam - wife, dog mom and licensed nail tech. I love all things nails! GoodNails is independently operated, so only one appointment can be accommodated at a time. My promise to you is that I am committed to making sure you never leave my space with thee dreaded ~ nail regret ~, I'm very detail-oriented. I welcome questions and constructive criticism. Please, never be afraid to speak up while being serviced by me! Hand-painted nail art is my passion, and I love glitter! CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations or requests to reschedule that occur within a 24 hour period prior to your scheduled appointment, will result in a cancellation fee totaling 35% of the scheduled services. As an independent nail artist/small business owner that is by appointment only, it’s nearly impossible to fill slots last minute - as I don’t accept walk-ins and heavily rely on my scheduled clients. Disclaimer: If I can get you rescheduled within 2 days of your cancelled appointment, I will waive the cancellation fee but will require a 35% deposit that WILL be applied to your service total. I *cannot guarantee* a reschedule within 2 days of your cancellation, but will always try my best to accommodate your schedules. No-Call No-Show Policy: You will immediately be charged 100% of the scheduled service total if you no-call no-show. ALL future appointments will require a 50% deposit to be received prior to accepting the appointment request.
